Sir, This is to bring to your notice the callous behaviour of your staff in Resort no.3 Myself and my cousin landed at this hotel in the early hours of Thursday the 4th of April 2013. We were provided Room no.306 ground floor. Unfortunately my cousin was unable to use the Indian toilet due to multiple fracture and steel rod in her leg. We requested the manager to give us another room, but was declined.
