About Sri Siddheswara Swami Temple Information-Talakona

There is a small temple in Talakona of Siddheswara Swami. Puranas says that those who do not have children come here and pray god for children and name their children as Siddaiah or Siddamma. The water falls are four km from the temple. The scenic and picturesque location added with the back drop of the water falls in the midst of thick make this place worth a visit. People from Chittoor district and neighbouring districts gather at this temple during Maha Shivarathri festival days.
