Chandragiri City Travel Guide
Chandragiri is a small village and is well known for its beautiful fort also called as Chandragiri Fort. Once the capital of Vijayanagar Empire, Chandragiri is situated at a distance of about 54 kms from Chittoor town. This fort, which is situated on the banks of Swarnamukhi River, was also said to be the last capital of Vijayanagar kings.
