Chebrole is a town in Guntur District famous for Chaturmukha Brahma Lingeshwara Temple, a temple dedicated to Lord Brahma. The name Chaturmukha means ‘four faces’. Here the Lord is incarnated with four faces which make it one of the unique temples of Lord Brahma in India. Besides being a pilgrimage centre, Chebrole is a major panchayat comprising three villages Kothareddypalem, Pathareddypalem and Chebrole itself.
Apart from the temple, there was also a fort here Today, this land of fort, grew largely in agricultural sector with crops like Red Chilli, Cotton and Rice as its major produce.
