Adavisomanapalli is a small village near Manthani and very close to the Maner River. This region is famous for rock-cut temples, the earliest specimens of Hindu architecture found in Karimnagar. The spot is picturesque on a hillock where four caves are scooped out of a huge sand-stone rock facing the west and overlooking Maner River. These temples are dedicated to Lord Shiva and they are locally known as 'Naina Gullu'.
The caves consist of an inferior variety of sand-stone that is getting damaged due to the passage of time, vagaries of weather and the cold winds of the river Maner. These caves are simple and plain with a cell and a mandapam resembling the ones at Mogalarajapuram near Vijayawada.
