Bir Moti Bagh Wildlife Sanctuary, Punjab: Bir Moti Bagh Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in the southern region of Patiala, Punjab. This sanctuary is an important tourist destination which attracts many tourists from different parts of the country. Bir Moti Bagh Wildlife Sanctuary is spread on 654 hectares of area. The deer which is situated within the vicinity of this Sanctuary is also a must see when some one visits the Bir Moti Bagh Wildlife Sanctuary.
Some of the wild life species which habitat the Sanctuary are Hog deer, Blue bull, Wild boar, Black buck, Chital, Peafowl, Brahminy Myna, Jackal, Rhesus Monkeys Black and Grey Partridges, Quails etc. Bamboo, Beri, Drek, Eucalyptus, Imli, Jamun, Karri, Khajoor, Kikar, Lasura, Neem, Shisham and Teak are the main flora species found in the Sanctuary.
