Anandagiri Gudda: Thirthahalli is also famous for two hills called Anandagiri Gudda and Siddeshwara Gudda. Anandagiri is a small hillock about 300 feet high at walkable distance from the town. This place offers an over all view of the town and is good for trekking. On the top of the hill, there is a mantapam with dome where you can just relax. If you come here early in the morning, post monsoon, you can feel as if you are in a bird sanctuary and can have a lovely view of the green surroundings. Anandagiri Gudda falls on the way from Thirthahalli to Shimoga.
Siddeshwara Gudda: Siddeshwara Gudda is yet another hill about 200 feet height situated on Thirthahalli to Agumbe road. This hill also offer trekking and early morning trek would leave an ever-lasting experience. From the top of the hill, you can have a panoramic view of the town at its foot. On a clear day, you can also see Kodachadri and Kundadri hills.
