The Karol Tibba is a splendid picturesque spot of Solan raised at an elevation of 7000 feet. The hill top is an adventurous trekking track and ideal for picnic. Besides being a site for adventure sport it also has religious importance. The peak is believed to be one of the sites where the Pandavas lived during their exile.
The Karol Goofa also known as the Sidh Goofa, located here, is the longest Goofa (cave) in the Himalayan region. It starts from Karol and ends at Pinjore (Haryana). The Kali temple, Hanuman Temple and Thakur Temple are located on the hill.
Karol is a tourist and pilgrim center of Solan.
